June Spring Social and GMM / 2195 Shirts!

What better way to cap off a successful round of bargaining and ratification vote than with the spring social and General Meeting. Come out and join us on Wednesday June 7th at Tailgaters  (1642 Merivale, at the Merivale Mall) from 5:30 on (meeting starts at 6).

Please sign up here  to let us know if you are attending so we order enough food! An assortment of sandwiches and appetizers will be provided.

Members are encouraged to stay around after the meeting and socialize. Pool tables, Golf Simulators, Foosball, Ping Pong & Darts are available to play.

Additionally we had a new round of CUPE 2195 shirts made, with the new logo. We will be handing them out to those in attendance at the meeting. The shirts are a way we can show our unity and solidarity with each other and with those representing us. They are also a great way to connect with other locals in our community, or maybe wearing when supporting another locals picket line. The more we connect with other folks doing similar work to us the more unity and strength there can be in the community  when advocating for the work we do and the youth and families we support.

See you there! In Solidarity,

The 2195 Executive Committee
